Sponsor Bio
Meet Our Sponsor: Eron SL Hill, LLB (Hons.)
Founder and Executive Director, Bermuda Equal Justice Initiative (BEJI)
Eron SL Hill is the Founder and Executive Director of the Bermuda Equal Justice Initiative (‘BEJI’), a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to reforming Bermuda’s justice system, advancing equal access to justice, and confronting systemic injustice wherever it appears. Through BEJI, Mr. Hill works to amplify unheard voices, advocate for fairness and accountability, and support reforms that help build a more just and compassionate Bermuda.
Mr. Hill’s work is shaped by a deep belief in the dignity, promise, and potential of every person, particularly young people whose lives are too often limited by poverty, trauma, lack of opportunity, or contact with systems that fail to understand their full humanity. Inspired in part by his own childhood journey in government care homes, he has dedicated much of his public work to ensuring that vulnerable Bermudians are seen, heard, protected, and empowered.
In addition to his work with BEJI, Mr. Hill serves as Acting Chief Operating Officer of two Bermuda’s leading medical clinics. He also works in regulatory, governance, and compliance leadership for global retail and clinical operations, helping to ensure that complex organizations operate with integrity, accountability, and strong institutional discipline.
The BEJI x Trevo Academy partnership reflects Mr. Hill’s wider commitment to investing in the next generation of young Bermudians. He believes that young people must be given more than encouragement; they must be given real platforms, real exposure, and real opportunities to discover their gifts, develop their confidence, and build pathways to success.
Through this partnership, Mr. Hill and BEJI are proud to support opportunities that place young Bermudians in creative, professional, and empowering environments. His core belief is simple: when young people are trusted, resourced, and given the chance to step forward, they do not merely rise to the occasion; they help reshape the future of Bermuda.
